So It's time once again for another edition of "My Brain is on Crack".

Before we get to that portion of the proceedings I would like to say...REJOICE! I have found my Twister DVD! I can finally continue writing that AU!!! Damn that was driving me crazy.

Second I would like to ask...WHY are there no Kirk/McCoy Lawyer AUs? Seriously how much do I love Lawyer AUs? It's also probably the only thing that I know, without a doubt, that I could never write. *pouts*

Now for my brain on crack...

So I've been re-watching my way through Trigun. (*Drumroll please*) And guess which Character plot bats (HA I've decided to name mine bats. It's only appropriate) have bitten me?

Does anyone on my flist even know what Trigun is? Anyway. Of course Sam and Jim are prefect for Knives and Vash! Spock could be Wolfwood and McCoy is Meryl. Though I'm not sure who Milly would be? I could even plan it out so that it was in 26 chapters just like the number of episodes.

Buuuuuut. There's no way I'm starting THAT anytime soon. I'd rather start that Neverwhere AU I had planned out. And before that I need to finish all these other things on my plate.

So in conclusion. My Brain. It is on crack.

Kirk/McCoy lawyer AU would be awesome. They could be defending Spock or Pike or someone against UNSPEAKABLE odds and Bones would be like "Dammit, Jim, take the plea bargain!" and Jim would be all like "No! He's innocent and I can prove it!" And he totally would prove it, with kickass shenanigans.

And they would have hot sex in the district attorney's office, while quoting legal precedent for something. It would be *awesome*.

Okay - they'd have to be defending Scotty, who's a genius engineer for a large evil corporation. He stumbled on some corporate secrets that would lead to a lot of trouble for the company, so they have him framed.

He hires Bones and Jim to be his legal defense, since they work cheap - they just opened their own firm and really need the win to establish some cred and get clients.

Spock is the tight-ass ADA with a winning streak a mile long, and Pike is the no-nonsense judge who (surprisingly) allows some of Jim's courtroom antics.

And then them against Spock is like a giant game of 3 dimensional chess.

Uhura could be their secretary and Gaila could be a researcher. Sulu or Chekov could be court reporters or something.

I was thinking that Uhura was a reporter covering the story - since she has a thing for Spock, she's biased, and turning public opinion against them.

Chekov would be Scotty's assistant or co-worker who testifies on his behalf. Possibly ditto Gaila.

Sulu's the cop who worked the case, and Chapel and Rand are kickass paralegals or researchers or w/e.

I think Bones should be Wolfwood after all he is Jim's best friend and Wolfwood is grumpy just like McCoy. :)
Spock is a bit difficult to place in this universe, there is only Meryl who always comes with the rules, but she is quite antsy.

By the way, Jim as Vash is EPIC :D

Bones as Wolfwood is really hot. But I can see Bones as both Meryl and Wolfwood. Because as Meryl, Bones would get to slap Jim around and call him an idiot to the same degree that Bones as Wolfwood would.

Spock as Wolfwood works in the sense that Vash and Wolfwood use their skills to save the day. BUT (AND OMG MY CRACK BRAIN) I can see Spock as Milly. His stoticism could totally be the comic relief. I NEED TO PLAY WITH IT BUT I TOTALLY SHOULDN'T XD
